Das Boot Spring Recap

The Barnum South spring softball season started with a bang in an extra inning slug fest that resulted in a hard earned victory for the veteran E-league Das Boot squad in the opening night finale against the lowly Outsiders.  Fast forward to the match up game at season's end also against the Outsiders, Das Boot put up a much more decisive victory with a mercy rule drubbing.  Had it not been for a couple of rain outs this spring against arch rival El Camino (formerly Meade St.) and Balls Deep, Das Boot had a good chance at finishing in the top half of the standings.  (I blacked out for much of what happened between the first and last game.)

For Android, go to the google play store and install "blogger" by google.  It should automatically load the blog.  You can do the same from the iPhone app store, but you will likely need a google (gmail) account to access.

Build an ark

With all of the precipitation in CO this year... it is time to build an ark.  But instead of animals... please bring 2 of every kind of beer/wine/liquor.
